How can I request a brochure or holiday advice? Do I have to pay?
Packages, weekends, tours, maps, guides and brochures, choose the different sections on the website to prepare your trip to the Rhone Alps.
Your choices allow you to request brochures free of charge online and to be put in contact with the holiday advisors you have chosen.
Choose the different sections on the website, in particular : for weekends and holidays, you can use a general search or a themed search on Summer Mountains , Winter Mountains, Countryside and terroirs, Towns and Heritage giving you the chance to select ideas according to your own criteria. For guides and brochure, see our section "Documentation".

 I should like to request a Green Card
The Green Card has not been republished for 2005.

Can you send me publicity material?
Publicity material is only given out to people who visit for professional reasons (ie, tour operators, journalists, travel agents, Rhone Alps' partners...).

Problems with page display
Your screen does not display the whole page because the screen resolution is not "standard".
There are various solutions to the "display problem": change your screen resolution to 1024 x 768 pixels (standard for a 17")

If you are using Internet Explorer you can click on F11 which will allow you to see the whole of the page (NB: to return to the previous display, click again on F11).

We create links to sites which will complement the information we make available to you. Usually these are general sites (institutional or private).
For example: departmental sites, ski hire...
These links are generated in different ways:
- Links generated by the SITRA database (Système d'Information Touristique de Rhône-Alpes) which supply the website's search engines.
- Contextual links, depending on how the contents of each section are presented.
How to be included in the SITRA database and present on the website?
Firstly you have to be a supplier of tourism services in the Rhone Alps region, under a heading which already exists in the SITRA database and with criteria which already feature in the website's search engines.
All of the website's SITRA database details are interactive, automatically directing web users to the supplier's own website.
Contextual links
These are inserted as web addresses on the site's pages, according to the contents of each section.
Usually these form part of a partnership. The principal is always to highlight any added value to the information available on our own site via the internet and according to the reciprocal interest of the link.  I am a Rhone Alps partner and would like to amend/update my details on the website/would like to create a link to the Rhone Alps Tourism website.
