Christmastime in Provence

For instance, you can stroll among the Christmas market chalets, nicely installed in Montélimar's Provencal alleys and you will profit from the many activities particularly on Sunday, December 17th evening, open until 10 p.m.

The thirteen desserts table of the Provencal Christmas will be laid, as per tradition, from December 5th to 31st, at the Tourist agency. During the whole month of December you will be able to discover the sweet Christmas time in Provence, in the "Palais des Bonbons et du Nougat" (sweets and nougat palace) and in the "Musée International des Sucreries" (sweets international museum).

A giant sweet box is exposed with strings of lollipops and sweets that it is not forbidden to touch and even to eat. At the exit you will be able to say "The land of milk and honey exists, I went there!"

Another charm of Montélimar and not the least is the "Musée de la Miniature et de la Micro-Miniature" (model and micro-model museum) (invisible to the naked eye...). There is also a temporary Barbie dolls exhibition which will take place during the year-end period. It is a doll collection dressed with special costumes, and installed in their décor. And there, everybody is ten years old!
